Platform Trial Terms
Your CE OneSource platform trial includes full access to the features in your selected tier for 10 days at no cost.
If you do not cancel before the end of Day 10:
- On Day 11, you will be charged your monthly platform subscription cost.
- Your monthly cost is calculated as:
(Cost per key per month) × (Number of units/keys you entered) - This amount becomes your recurring monthly fee, billed automatically every 30 days unless you cancel.
By starting a trial, you authorize CE OneSource to create your customer record for billing, usage tracking, and site provisioning.
Example: If you choose the Gold tier at $1.00/key, and you enter 100 units, your Day-11 charge will be $100/month, recurring monthly until canceled.
Warranty Trial Terms
Your 10-day free trial provides full access to CE OneSource Warranty.
If you do not cancel before Day 10:
- On Day 11, you will be charged the $100/month Warranty Platform Fee.
- 30 days later, you will be charged your Active Warranty Area (AWA) Fee.
- Your subscription will continue automatically each month unless you cancel.
An Active Warranty Area is any warranty unit/area in CE OneSource that meets both of the following conditions:
- Has a registered homeowner / Property Manager (Contact → Unit / Area link established)
- Has a valid warranty start date
Example: If you activate 100 Active Warranty Areas with an AWA fee of $0.65 per area, then 30 days after the initial $100 platform fee, you will be billed an additional $65/month for AWA fees, recurring monthly until canceled.
Billing & Trial Notice
All CE OneSource free trials last for 10 days. If you do not cancel before the end of the 10-day period, your plan will convert automatically to a paid subscription on Day 11 based on your selected tier and the number of units you entered. Warranty trials include an additional Active Warranty Area Fee billed 30 days after the platform fee. By starting a trial, you agree to CE OneSource’s Terms of Service and Billing Policy.
